Cornerstone Auction Realty Inc. was founded in 1996 by Jeff and Melissa Oberling. Both are professional real estate agents, and Jeff is a third-generation auctioneer, with a rich family history in the auction business. Together, the founders of Cornerstone Auction Realty have been in the auction business for 34 years, and have sold everything from livestock to property.

Today, Cornerstone Auction Realty holds regular sales of antiques and collectibles, and has conducted specialist colletion sales of antique toys, farm toys, Winchester items, dolls, tractors, cars, coins, and Native American artifacts. They also frequently host charity auctions.
